Thank you to both hosts, Tammy & Tim Zuehlke and Rose & Ron Verdegan, for letting us tour your amazing gardens. Each garden is unique, and this tour was no exception; the Zuehlkes have a charming, spacious farm setting and the Verdegans have a jam-packed suburban setting. Tim built the path bridge the day before the tour that shows off their newest bed, and Ron’s hibiscus were awesome in full bloom accenting the numerous hostas in his garden. A break for lunch between the two gardens made for an enjoyable day and chance to chat with fellow members. A bonus, we got to meet new members who joined us for the first time at one of the gardens – glad you came!
