SUMMARY:Springwood Garden Visit
DESCRIPTION:\n\nSpringwood Gardens is located about 30 miles SW of Minneapo
 lis and home to Karol Emmerich's daylily farm.  This visit will be “tra
 vel on your own” or work out carpools amongst yourselves.\n\nKarol's com
 ment on the July 31st date\, “Because I specialize in late mid season fl
 owers\, that should be dead on for peak bloom.”  We plan to meet Karol 
 at 9:00am. Parking is best at the town hall/old schoolhouse on the corner 
 of Delaware and Old Highway 169 Blvd (view map)\, which is right next to t
 he eastern entrance of the garden.\n\nIf you arrive later\, no big deal\, 
 you’ll just have to find us roaming the garden.\n\nKarol does not have p
 otted plants for sale.  If you do see something you like (and it is avai
 lable for sale) you can purchase and Karol will ship.  John Hagar ordere
 d from her this spring - a few were large 2 fan plants while most were lar
 ge 3\,4\, or even a 5 fan plant.\n\nSpringwood Gardens website is packed f
